HOBEN International: Ready Made Moulds

New Castaldo Ready Made Moulds are the closest thing to automatic mould making. Merely remove the protective liner at the centre of the mould, insert the model and vulcanise! Mould locks are pre-formed and separate automatically after vulcanisation. The centre of the mould is vulcanised and cut normally to allow total control and design freedom.

Castaldo Moldmatic Ready Made Moulds are sold in boxes of 10 along with ten extra pieces of rubber of the appropriate size so that any thickness mould can be made.

NB:

The new Castaldo Moldmatic System consists of two parts: The prefabricated Ready Made Moulds themselves and Moldmatic Mould Frames.
