HOBEN International: Crucibles

Hoben International supplies a comprehensive range of crucibles which have been specially designed and developed for all investment casting applications including jewellery, dental and engineering.

The translucent or TR range, being especially easy to clean, are particularly suited to applications in which slag build-up would otherwise eventually render the crucible unusable, or applications in which metal reclamation is essential.

In high temperature applications, particulaly platinum, paladium and chrome cobalt casting the TR range is very successful, with casters obtaining many melts from a single crucible.

The range encompasses all shapes and sizes and includes:

BL & C range - Ceramic for induction

S range - Silicon carbide crucibles

TR range - Translucent crucibles for induction

E range - Ceramic envelopes for silicon carbide crucibles
